Scope: The avenues at “The Hat” exhibition centre will be renovated and will receive mineral pavement. The renovation will also include the well-known artistic installation of concrete walls, commonly known as the “wailing walls”. New lighting fixtures and illumination will be added, and a storm drain system of the area will be built. Finally, new perennials and decorative grass will be planted.
