Entrance from Bytkowska street next to TVP Katowice building. Car parking is paid. A couple of hundred metres from the entrance, near the overpass to the left, you can see “Villa Gardena” restaurant. The parking lot for the Silesian Planetarium visitors is located 1 km from the entrance. Right next to the avenue you can see the scenic ponds inhabited by water birds and rare amphibian species. In front of the main entrance to the Planetarium, there is a statue of its patron, Nicholas Copernicus.
